Tripods

Purpose:
Aids in positioning camera at top of PC monitor (directly above teleprompter area).  You can purchase either a floor standing or tabletop tripod.

What To Avoid:
Don't bother spending too much, as you are not likely to be panning or moving the camera while recording with Visual Communicator.  The camera must stay still while rehearsing or recording anyways.  Expensive models have true fluid heads that pan side to side smoothly, so only consider those if you plan to use the tripod for additional uses beyond VC.
